"We started WingSnob because we were tired of mediocre wings. Every bite deserves to be an experience."
It all started in a small Riverview backyard in 2016. Marcus Rivera, a former line cook with a serious wing obsession, spent three years perfecting his dry-rub technique and crafting sauces that balanced heat, sweetness, and depth in ways the local wing scene had never seen.
What began as weekend cookouts for friends quickly became a phenomenon. Neighbors started requesting orders. Then the neighbors' neighbors. Within a year, WingSnob had outgrown the backyard and moved into a proper kitchen at 10444 Stelling Dr — and we've never looked back.

2016
The Backyard Beginning
Marcus starts hosting weekend wing cookouts for friends and neighbors in Riverview, FL. Word spreads fast — his dry-rub technique and homemade sauces are unlike anything the neighborhood has tasted.
2017
First Commercial Kitchen
Demand outpaces the backyard setup. WingSnob moves into a licensed commercial kitchen space and begins taking formal online orders. The first week sells out completely within hours.
2019
The Sauce Lab Launches
Tyler Nguyen joins the team and the WingSnob Sauce Lab is officially born. The team dedicates six months to developing a signature sauce lineup — expanding from 4 flavors to 18 in a single season.
2021
Permanent Home at Stelling Dr
WingSnob opens its permanent location at 10444 Stelling Dr, Riverview, FL 33578. The dedicated space includes a full kitchen, walk-in coolers, and a comfortable pick-up area for customers.
2023
Tampa Bay Foodies Choice Award
WingSnob wins the Tampa Bay Foodies Choice Award for Best Wings, beating out dozens of competitors. The recognition brings a wave of new customers and national food blog coverage.
2024
Franchise Program Begins
With 50,000+ happy customers served, WingSnob launches its franchise program to bring the same bold, uncompromising wing experience to communities across Florida and beyond.
