It all started in a small Riverview backyard in 2016. Marcus Rivera, a former line cook with a serious wing obsession, spent three years perfecting his dry-rub technique and crafting sauces that balanced heat, sweetness, and depth in ways the local wing scene had never seen.
What began as weekend cookouts for friends quickly became a phenomenon. Neighbors started requesting orders. Then the neighbors' neighbors. Within a year, WingSnob had outgrown the backyard and moved into a proper kitchen at 10444 Stelling Dr — and we've never looked back.
